By creating an account and using the GoVenture Travel and Tours mobile application, website, and booking services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by GoVenture and its partner airlines, hotels, and tour providers.
• Prices, packages, and schedules are subject to change without prior notice unless already confirmed.
• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a reservation, in accordance with the payment terms shown at checkout.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation, rebooking, and refund policies vary depending on the tour package, airline, or hotel partner involved, and will be disclosed at the time of booking. GoVenture is not liable for losses arising from cancellations made by third-party providers.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

GoVenture acts as an intermediary between you and third-party travel service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss of belongings, or other issues caused by airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Amendments

GoVenture may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Information from Social Login (Google)
